With a site we have looked after for over a year, we had the task of ensuring the original older R22 refrigerant systems were maintained from our service visits. Eventually the cost of constant repairs ensured replacement of the systems would benefit everyone. Increased efficiency and peace of mind.
Over the course of a few visits, we have replaced majority of the older R22 systems with new Mitsubishi Heavy Industry 3 phase units, fully equipped with our preferred crane company to assist with the unit lifts. All work was carried out around the office staff safely, ensuring work could continue as needed.
All systems installed with customized fresh air return air grills to ensure the correct fresh air supply is met for the building.
