Gold Option: Our Gold service is a comprehensive package designed to cover all the essential maintenance aspects of your Wall Split System. When you choose the Gold service, you can expect:
- A thorough system assessment and checkover of your Wall Split System.
- Removal and cleaning of the indoor fascia.
- Cleaning of the return filter.
- Deodorization of the indoor coil.
- Clearing of the outdoor coil and casing from debris.
- Inspection and clearance of the condensate drain to prevent blockages.
- Full testing of the compressor and unit current draw.
- Receipt of a complete asset list with a condition report, including detailed photos.
- Basic education and technical tips on running your system efficiently.
Platinum Option: Our Platinum service takes our commitment to your comfort and system longevity to the next level. In addition to all the benefits of the Gold service, the Platinum service includes:
- Full Hygiene hydro clean of the indoor coil and fan using low-volume, high-pressure methods, effectively removing mold, debris, and black spots from the internal system.
- Supply and installation of an anti-bacterial drain tablet to the indoor drain pan, reducing the risk of future leaks.
- Extra care with the removal and thorough cleaning of outdoor fan blades, along with lubrication of motors where possible.
- Application of Action HVACR clear coating to Outdoor PCBs and Metal casing, providing insulation to P.C. boards and safeguarding them against moisture, vermin, and corrosion, thus extending the serviceability of unit components.
Price Difference: It’s important to note that our Platinum service, with its additional benefits, is priced higher than the Gold service. This price difference reflects the enhanced features and extended protection offered by the Platinum option.
